Maui event dates fill up quickly — especially during peak wedding season (April–June and September–November). We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date. A deposit locks in your reservation.
Yes. We service venues across the island, from Lahaina and Kaanapali on the west side to Wailea and Makena in the south, Paia and Haiku in the north, and beyond. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area — just ask when you inquire.
Absolutely. We send a digital proof for your approval before print night so you can request any adjustments to colors, fonts, or layout.
Additional service hours are available at $150 per hour. Just let us know your timeline when you inquire and we’ll build a custom quote.
Yes — and we love it. We’re experienced working alongside Maui’s top planning companies and coordinate directly with your team on load-in times, placement, and event flow.
Every package includes 2 hours of setup time. If your venue requires an earlier arrival or extended standby before the event begins, we offer standby/early setup at $100 per hour.
